Join us for our Annual General Meeting (AGM), Festive Lunch and Awards Ceremony, on Sunday 6 December at the Bailbrook House Hotel. Members are welcome to join for the AGM, the Lunch, or both.

Bailbrook House Hotel is one of Bath’s most distinguished country house hotels. Dating back to the 1790s and set within 20 acres of beautiful grounds, this Grade II listed Georgian mansion combines timeless elegance with a fascinating history, having welcomed notable guests including Queen Charlotte and William Pitt the Younger.

Ticket Purchase

We offer two types of tickets for the Christmas event:

• Purchase tickets for Members (£50)
• Purchase tickets for non-Members (£60)

Member tickets include AGM attendance.

All tickets must be purchased by end of play on Monday 9 November.

For those wishing to stay the night, a small number of rooms are being held at Bailbrook House Hotel at a special event rate of £144.00 bed and breakfast on a Sunday night and £170.00 bed and breakfast for a Saturday night, this is based on two people sharing a classic double. Please call the hotel and book your own room directly as soon as possible.

• 13:15 – Please take your seats for lunch
• 13:30 – Christmas lunch begins (three-course meal)
• 15:00 – Presentation of Scholarships
• 15:30 – Presentation of Awards
• 16:30 – Event concludes
