A video tribute to Emily Collett

BWPA member and aerobatic champion Emily Collett tragically lost her life in a flying accident in August 2019.

Emily was a talented pilot and an excellent role model for women in aviation, always being ready to support others and pass on her passion for flying. A valued BWPA member, she provided a stunning aerobatic display at the BWPA’s diamond jubilee celebrations in 2015. For her services to aviation, in 2019 Emily was posthumously awarded the Jean Lennox Bird Pendant.
