  1. 90% Annual Membership Retention
  • Prioritise communication via social media, newsletters & events
  • Promote regional meetups to strengthen community bonds
  • Create feedback loops to understand and meet member expectations
  1. Expand Education & Mentoring
  • Launch hybrid courses (Principles of Flight → ATPL prep)
  • Offer workshops on resilience, confidence & career paths
  • Scale up STEM outreach & internal mentoring
  1. Brand Awareness
  • Targeted social media campaigns & member-led storytelling
  • Build partnerships in aviation and education sectors
  • Leverage STEM and school outreach to grow visibility utilising existing expertise within the BWPA
  1. Volunteer Experience
  • Clarify roles and communication structures
  • Deliver training on teamwork & remote collaboration
  • Create clearer opportunities for volunteer feedback and support
