As the evenings get darker and the weather less friendly for flying, why not curl up with a good book. We have some wonderful books that will allow you to fly without leaving your armchair. Perfect as Christmas presents, proceeds from the sale of these will go to the BWPA to help us to continue to support women in aviation.

 

Fifty Ways to Fly by Alison Hill – £8.99 each, all proceeds go to BWPA

Featuring over 45 poets and songwriters, Fifty Ways to Fly was published in 2017 in support of the British Women Pilots’ Association, and includes poems from ATA pilots Pauline Gower and Jackie Moggridge.

A delightful children’s book celebrating the 100th birthday of the Royal Air Force.
