[BWPA] FEWP 2018 Jun 1-3
Location: Old Warden
This year the BWPA are hosting the Federation of European Women Pilots (FEWP) Annual get together and AGM. In this, our penultimate Brexit year, we look forward to enjoying the companionship of our European counterparts now and ensuring good relations for many years to come.
The event takes the format of a three day fly-in, with pre-planned social events, centered at Old Warden. The accommodation, AGM, and Gala Dinner will be at Wyboston Lakes Executive Centre. As the BWPA is a part of the FEWP, all of our members are entitled to register for this event.
We are actively seeking sponsorship – both financial and material.
Book Wyboston early (or make an alternative arrangement for accommodation);
If you are flying in, arrange PPR with Old Warden. If you are unsure, book it first and cancel later, rather than miss a slot;
Complete the FEWP UK 2018 registration form;
Make a bank transfer for the payment (details in the registration form) and make a note of your reference;
Return your completed registration form to firstname.lastname@example.org.
All registrations must be sent in by 31 March 2018.
The registration fee, agreed at the last FEWP AGM, is £150, and will include the following:

Wyboston Executive Centre
Wyboston has an extensive site including spa treatments at the hotel in the grounds, which is just a short walk from the Executive Centre.
Any free time can be spent exploring Wyboston’s 380 acre grounds or making use of the spa.
The spa gets very busy in June, so we suggest that you book any treatments ahead of time, rather than waiting until you arrive.
Coach pick-ups and returns will be from/to Wyboston Executive Centre.
Lunch and evening meals included both days. Breakfast included in the room price at Wyboston.
